Participation in the Master Fair is possible from 9m². If you rent a stand space, you will receive at no additional cost:

 

  • Your logo in the Nobiles Magazine Fair Special

 

  • Programme presentation on Masterbeurs.nl during the month prior to the fair

 

  • Your logo in the promotional campaign

Master Classes
In addition to renting exhibition space at the fair, universities and colleges can give one or more Master Classes, during which you can explore the particulars of your master’s programme and/or educational institutions in more detail. The classes are limited to a maximum of 45 select participants. This is an excellent opportunity to have some one-on-one time with interested undergraduates. The length of the Master Class(es) is 45 minutes. The Master Classes are promoted extensively in several media around de Masterbeurs      

 

Inserts

All visitors of the Master Fair will receive a bag upon arrival containing exhibition information. It is possible for a limited number of institutions to add an insert to this. There are bags for visitors with an economical, technical/ict, legal and social/behavioural background.

 

Nobiles Magazine Fair Special

De Masterbeurs Fair receives extensive attention in the Fair Special of Nobiles Magazine (January). This Fair special is distributed to all colleges, universities 

and to the home address of last year students. By participating in the Master Fair, your organisation will gain extra exposure by advertising in the Sp!ts Master Special. Moreover you can profit from special advertising rates for Nobiles Magazine Fair Special.

 

Online

Nobiles.nl boasts an average of 40,000 visitors per month and is linked directly to Masterbeurs.nl. The platform for students wishing to further their education. You can place a banner in the months prior to the Master Fair.


Scanner
Visitors to the Master Fair can register for the fair in advance via the Internet or register digitally at the fair itself. When registering for the fair, participants will provide their personal information such as name, address and course. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to scan visitors’ information with a mobile scanner.


Using the scanner, additional information can be linked to visitors’ profiles. Prior
to the fair, the exhibitors can have a so called qualifier sheet prepared. This sheet includes information such as products and brochures that visitors can receive or personal interests. After the fair ends, the information will be digitally sent to each exhibitor free of charge.
